Encourage Your Artists, Writers To Perform In The School Talent Show

Yes, you read that right. I am suggesting you encourage your school’s quiet, studious artists to perform in the annual school-wide talent show.

You probably think I’m crazy.

Any students reading this post are probably ready to hunt me down with pitchforks.

Seriously though, while I do suggest YOU, teacher, jump out of our box and join your kids on the stage, I have a better idea for your introverted or shy, but creative students.

Think technology.

What would it look like if your photographers and artists illustrated their favorite song, recorded it along with their illustrations and played the video for the talent show?

What if your artists illustrated the stories written by your poets and short story writers?

What if your writers teamed up with student actors, artists and videographers to tell their stories on screen?
