It’s Time To Nominate Your Favorite EduBlogger For #eddies15

#eddies15

It’s that time of year again — time to think back over all those blog posts you’ve read and decide which bloggers have made a significant impact on your teaching career or the state of education overall.

Once you’ve made up your mind, head over to the 2015 EduBlog Awards site and nominate your favorites.

The purpose of the EduBlog Awards is to promote and demonstrate the educational values of social media, according to EduBlogAwards.com.

The Edublog Awards started in 2004 in response to community concerns relating to how schools, districts and educational institutions were blocking access of learner and teacher blog sites for educational purposes.  The purpose of the Edublog awards is promote and demonstrate the educational values of these social media.

Working together, we create an invaluable resource of the best-of-the-best on the web.

Nominations end at 10:59 p.m. CST on December 2; voting begins soon after that.

Nomination Tips

  1. You can nominate in as many categories as you like
  2. However, only make one nomination per category
  3. Don’t nominate yourself
  4. Even if your favorite EduBlogger is already on the list, go ahead and nominate them again
  5. Categories are competitive, and only the most nominated will make it to the voting round
  6. Share your nominations using twitter (#eddies15), facebook, Google+ and email
